The Good Shepherd
Yummy shepherd’s pie that will ensure bowls are licked clean.
Ingredients

lbs
lean beef
1
cup
chopped onion
1
tsp
olive oil
1
can creamed style corn
1
bag frozen corn
cooked
10
potatoes (boiled
with salt )
1
cup
light cream
1
stick butter
melted
Salt
pepper & paprika
Instructions
Mash potatoes. Stir in 1 cup light cream and stick of butter.
Sauté onions in a skillet, with heated olive oil until brown and then add meat.
Cook meat fully and season with salt pepper and paprika to taste.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 9×11 baking dish, spread a layer of meat, then creamed style corn and potato. Repeat this layering process topping with the cooked frozen corn.
Make sure you end with the potato layer. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika for more flavour.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to settle down and serve hot.
