A delicious fried chicken marinated with a touch of buttermilk

Instructions
For marinade
  1. Whisk the buttermilk, mustard, salt and pepper in a medium bowl
  2. Pour this buttermilk mixture over the chicken
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours
For Frying
  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Take the chicken pieces out of the marinade and coat each piece with the flour
  3. Rest the chicken pieces in the flour, turning occasionally
  4. Pour oil into a large pan and heat on medium high
  5. Add 4 pieces of chicken to the pan and reduce the heat to medium low
  6. Fry the chicken pieces until browned
  7. Remove from heat and serve
