handful coriander leaves

cut into quarters
Instructions
Combine the sprouts, potatoes, tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder and salt to taste and pressure cook for three whistles with three cups of water.
Temper the mustard seeds and cumin and add the curry leaves.
Add the onion and sauté until it begins to brown.
Stir in the sugar and a little salt to taste
Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
Sauté for a minute and add the goda masala.
Add the tamarind pulp and sauté for two minutes.
Add the sprouts that were cooked in the pressure cooker along with the water.
Cook until the gravy thickens and then place in a serving dish.
Add the garnish aside from the lime wedges.
Sprinkle half the lime over the rest of the garnish and then place the rest as garnish.
Serve with buttered pavs.
