Ingredients

black mustard seeds

fenugreek seeds

onion seeds

garlic-ginger paste

Cumin seeds

ground onions

green chillies

Turmeric powder

plain yogurt
whipped

dry mango powder

tsp
chilli powder

tsp
sugar
A few sprigs of coriander
for garnishing.
Instructions
Heat the oil.
Once hot, fry the fennel, fenugreek, onion and cumin seeds for 15 seconds.
Add the onions and green chillies and fry until the onions are golden.
Add the turmeric powder, garlic and ginger paste and sautee for a minute.
Add yogurt, dry mango powder, chilli powder and salt to taste.
Cook for a minute or two.
Add paneer and water.
Cook for another two minutes.
Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl.
Garnish with coriander.
