Ingredients

½French Beans
chopped

cup
potatoes
chopped

tbsp
Oil
tsp
¼Mustard Seeds
tsp
½cumin seeds
tsp
¼Turmeric Powder
tsp
½cumin powder
tsp
½garam masala powder
1
tsp
coriander powder
1
tsp
red chili powder
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan or kadhai.
Crackle the mustard seeds and then add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle.
Now add the beans and potato along with the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
Cover and cook, while stirring occasionally, till the vegetables are soft. About 10-15 minutes.
Once cooked, add the garam masala powder and give one final stir.
Serve hot with roti or paratha.
