Spicy Aloo Capsicum Fry

Ingredients

potatoes
Diced

capsicum
Diced

onion
Chopped

Ginger paste

coriander powder

teaspoon
chilli powder
1/4
teaspoon
Turmeric powder
1/2
teaspoon
Garam masala powder
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the onions and saute till they turn light brown.
Add the ginger paste and stir for a few seconds.
Add the coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the diced potatoes, capsicum and salt and mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat till the vegetables are cooked through.
Sprinkle the garam masala powder and mix well.
Switch off heat.
Garnish and serve hot with Rice or Roti.
