Simple yet Delectable!
Have a bowl of hot aloo jeera with some chapatis for a simple, delicious meal.
Ingredients

potatoes
boiled, peeled and chopped into cubes

tsp
½cumin seeds
jeera
cup
¼Coriander Leaves
chopped
tsp
½turmeric powder
tsp
½red chili powder
4
tsp
Lemon juice
3
tbsp
Oil
tsp
½salt
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan
Add the cumin seeds to the hot oil
Sautee them until they splutter
Add the chopped green chillies and fry for a minute
Add the potato and stir well so they become coated with the cumin seeds and green chillies
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
Sautee the potatoes for two minutes
Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves and stir into the potatoes
After a minute, remove the potatoes from the stove
Spoon them into a serving bowl
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
