Making the dough

Add the yogurt and oil and knead with your hands.
While kneading, pour in the water gradually and continue kneading until you get a smooth dough.
Cover the dough and set it aside for two hours.
Preparing the stuffing
Steam the potatoes until they are cooked through.
Peel and mash the potatoes until smooth.
Add the green chillies, chili powder, mango powder, garam masal powder and the coriander leaves to the potatoes and mix well.
Assembling
Make medium sized balls from the dough.
Sprinkle a little flour onto a rolling board
Using a rolling pin, roll each dough ball into a circle of a diameter of about 6 inches.
Spread the potato stuffing across the center of the circle, keeping one inch space around the edges.
Bring the edge of the circle together and join them.
Then, roll the joined dough into a large disc with an 8 inch diameter.
Place the stuffed kulcha on a hot tava.
Flip the kulcha over once it is cooked on one side.
Allow the other side to cook properly.
Then, remove the kulcha from the tava, spread some butter over it and serve hot!
