Instructions
Heat the ghee in the pan. Add the cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds to it. After it splutters, add the chopped ginger and garlic.
Add the chopped onion, once the garlic turns light brown. Sauté it well it turns translucent, Add the turmeric powder, chill powder and the tomatoes.
To this, add sufficent amount of water and chopped potatoes. Add garam masala and allow it cook for a while.
Add more water if required along with the required amount of salt, and allow it cook till the potatoes become soft.
Garnish it will chopped corianders and serve it hot.
