Chili Recipe
Spicy,hearty chili.
Ingredients

lean meat
4
pounced dark red kidney beans
2
carrots
finely chopped
1
bottle dark beer
2
hot peppers
sliced
1
cup
red wine
Lemon juice

pinch
fresh dill
1
tsp
coriander
1
can beef broth
1
tsp
cayenne pepper
3 1/2
tbsp
chili powder
2
white onions
chopped
2
tbsp
olive oil
2
cans tomato paste
2
tbsp
cumin
3
garlic cloves
1
can diced tomatoes
Instructions
Sauté the onions, garlic and lean meat in hot oil for ten minutes.
Add the tomatoes, dark beer, wine, tomato paste and beef broth.
Add the chili powder, cumin, dil, cayenne, pepper, coriander and salt.
Add the carrots, beans and hot chile peppers.
Turn the heat down to low and stir the chili well.
Allow to simmer for two hours.
Add 2 cans of beans and allow to simmer for half an hour more.
Serve and enjoy.
