Amla Chutney
Super cool amla chutney that’s not only crazy addictive, but healthy! Beat that.
Ingredients

Indian goose berry /Amla

Fresh coriander
chopped

Green chilies
chopped
1 tsp
Ginger
chopped

Roasted cumin

tsp
Asafoetida

tsp
sugar

teaspoon
Mustard seeds
1/2
tsp
Black salt
salt to taste
Instructions
Wash and cook amla in microwave for 2 minutes or steam cook till slightly cooked.
Slit open and remove the seed and let amla cool down completely.
Add all the ingredients in the mixer jar add little water and grind to make a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl and keep refrigerated .
