Anda Palak Curry Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs 5
Spinach puree 1 cup
Oil 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoons
Onions chopped1/2 cup
Garlic chopped1 teaspoon
Green chillies chopped2
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Gram flour 1 tablespoon
besan
Yogurt 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cream 1/4 cup
Instructions
Heat sufficient water in a deep pan. Add eggs, cover and hard boil them.
Step 2
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds. When they change colour, add onions and saute.
Step 3
Add garlic and saute. Add green chillies, turmeric powder and saute.
Step 4
Add gram flour and saute till fragrant. Add yogurt and mix. Add spinach puree and 1 cup water and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add salt and garam masala powder and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Step 6
Drain and peel the eggs. Add 4 of them to the gravy. Add cream and mix.
Step 7
Halve the remaining egg and cut each half into 3 vertical slices.
Step 8
Pour the curry into a serving bowl, garnish with egg slices and serve.
