Andhra Green Chilli Chicken recipe: Wash the chicken and strain the water completely.
To the chicken, add curd, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and marinate in the fridge for about one hour.
Green Masala Preparation: The masala can be prepared meanwhile by grinding coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin seeds. Prepare a fine paste and keep it aside.
Heat oil or ghee in a kadai. Next add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, green chilles. Saute till the onion is translucent.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of green masala, soya sauce and mix well.
Next add the marinated chicken and fry with green masala mix until the moisture evaporates. Now the chicken is tender and nicely cooked.
Finally add the salt, fresh chopped green coriander on top. Turn off the heat and serve hot.
