Ingredients

figs
chopped well

dates

raisins

nuts (cashews or almonds)
chopped well

tbsp of
cardamom powder
A large pinch of
cinnamon or nutmeg powder

tbsp of
ghee
Instructions
In a pan, dry roast the nuts till they turn crunchy. Set them aside.
Add the chopped figs and 3 tbsp of water to the pan, and cook till they turn soft.
Add the dates, raisins, cardomom powder and cinnamon poswer, and mix them well. Cook them well till the mixture turn thick and sticky. Add ghee.
Add the nuts, and cook till the mixture turns firm.
Add this to a greased plate or butter paper, and roll with a rolling pin. Allow it to cool completey.
Cut them into a fine square. Refrigerate if not consumed immediately.
