Ingredients

apricots
pitted and quartered

onion
peeled and diced

raisins

brown sugar

cups
cider vinegar

tsp
chili powder

Mustard seeds

tsp
¼salt

tsp
turmeric
tsp
¾cinnamon
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour, uncovered, or until the chutney has thickened.
Pour into warm sterilized jars and seal.
Serve immediately or after a few days (tastes better).
