Ingredients

Apricot juice
1/2
cup
Milk
4-5
scoops
vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Boil the apricot juice in a deep non-stick pan till it reduces ¾ in quantity. Remove the scum with a spoon.
Blend together the ice cream and milk in a blender jar. Pour into a bowl.
Reserve some of the reduced apricot juice and divide the remaining into four individual serving glasses. Add the milkshake on top of it.
Drizzle the reserved apricot juice on top and serve chilled.
