Asian Beef with Mushrooms & Snow Peas – delish and easy-to-make! Tender mushrooms, crisp snow peas, and thinly sliced sirloin steak strips sautéed in garlic.
Combine the rice wine, soy sauce, corn starch and brown sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large wok, heat oil and fry the ginger and garlic for a quick 20-30 seconds.
Add steak to the wok and fry for a good 4 minutes. Add the soy mixture to the wok and bring to a boil. Add snow peas and let the whole mixture simmer. Stir continuously.
