Ingredients

of carrots strips

of snake gourd strips

of brinjal strips
1/2

of raw banana strips
1/2

of jackfruit seeds
quartered lengthwise
1/2

of elephant yam strips
1/2
cup
of old cucumber strips

″ long drumstick pieces

of raw mango strips

of grated coconut

tsp
of powdered jeera (cumin
jeerakam)

tsp
of red chilli powder

green chillies

tsp
of Turmeric Powder

of Coconut oil
a few curry leaves
Instructions
Mix all vegetables except raw mangoes in a cooking pot and add half the turmeric powder, jeera, curry leaves, and chilli powder with 1/2 cup water.
Cover and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked. Make sure they do not become mushy.
Grind coconut green chillies and remaining turmeric along with some more curry leaves to a coarse paste without adding water.
Add the ground mix to the vegetables along with mango and cook covered for about 3 to 4 minutes without mixing.
Remove from flame,stir in coconut oil and gently mix.
Serve hot.
