A South Indian semi-dry dish that is popularly enjoyed as a side with rice or rotis.

Instructions
  1. Mix all vegetables except raw mangoes in a cooking pot and add half the turmeric powder, jeera, curry leaves, and chilli powder with 1/2 cup water.
  2. Cover and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked. Make sure they do not become mushy.
  3. Grind coconut green chillies and remaining turmeric along with some more curry leaves to a coarse paste without adding water.
  4. Add the ground mix to the vegetables along with mango and cook covered for about 3 to 4 minutes without mixing.
  5. Remove from flame,stir in coconut oil and gently mix.
  6. Serve hot.
