AVOCADO SOUP WITH CRAB SALAD
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the avocados. Put into a food processor with the yogurt, wasabi paste, grated Japanese ginger.
  2. Blend to a fine puree. Adjust for seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Meanwhile, toss the crab meat with mirin, finely chopped tomato and chopped basil.
  4. Pour the soup into small shot glasses and garnish on top with the crab salad.
