Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Puree the soaked almonds with 2 cups water to a smooth paste.
  2. Roast the almond paste till the mixture thickens and dries.
  3. Add sugar and stir.
  4. Add water and stir again.
  5. Add oil and cook stirring continuously till the whole mixture becomes thick.
  6. Now add saffron and cardamom and stir.
  7. Pour the mixture on a greased plate or pan.
  8. Let the halwa cool down.
  9. Slice the cooled down halwa into diamond shapes or any shape of your liking.
  10. Serve.
