Ingredients

ripe banana

Wheat flour
⁄2brandy or 1⁄2water
as needed
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda
a pinch

Coconut

Oil
for deep frying
Instructions
Take banana in a blender and puree till smooth.
Take it in a bowl and add sugar and cardamom.
Then add coconut mix well.
Then add wheat flour and a pinch of baking soda.
Add little water.
Make a thick batter
Heat oil for deep frying, drop small spoonful of batter in and fry till golden brown.
Drain and serve.
