Jack Johnson’s Legendary Pancakes
Ingredients

all purpose flour

tbsp
white sugar

tsp
baking powder
1/4
tsp
Salt
1
egg
beaten/
1
cup
Milk
2
tbsp
vegetable oil
4
ripe bananas
Instructions
Sift the flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt together.
Mash two of the bananas well.
Whisk the milk, egg, vegetable oil and bananas together.
Stir the flour mixture into this mixture until a batter forms.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and ladle 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan.
Wait until the sides brown and flip the pancake until the other side browns.
Repeat this process with the rest of the batter.
Stack the pancakes on a plate.
Chop the remaining bananas roughly and place over the pancakes.
Top with a dash of honey and serve.
