Banana, lighting the first Lamp
Quick backup recipe with comparatively less ghee and full of banana goodness.
Ingredients

bananas
ripe
tbsp
Coconut – 4+ half teaspoon
grated
2
tbsp
sugar
1
tbsp
Cashew nuts
crushed
1
tbsp
raisins
2
tbsp
ghee
a pinch
cardamom powder
Assorted nuts for garnish.
Instructions
Cut the bananas in small cubes.
In a pan, add ghee, cashews and raisins. Stir fry in the ghee for a minute.
Add 4 tbsp of grated coconut and when it turns golden, add the banana.
When the banana is partially cooked, add sugar and cardamom powder.
Cook until it is completely roasted and the aroma from the banana mixed with spices gets to you.
Garnish with grated coconut and nuts.
