Ingredients

Mutton cut into 2pieces on the bone
cooked with sa750 grams
Oil 3 tablespoons

Black peppercorns 4-5
Dried red chillies 5-6
Onions chopped2 medium
Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons
Coriander powder 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Yogurt 2 tablespoons
salt to taste
Coriander seeds roasted and crushed1 tablespoon
Instructions
Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns and red chillies and sauté for 1 minute.
Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked mutton along with the stock and mix well.
Adjust salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and add yogurt and cook for 1 minute.
Sprinkle crushed coriander seeds on top and mix well.
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot
