Paratha Times
A delicious and healthy paratha to be served with butter and curd
Ingredients

Barley flour
1/2
cup
Gram Flour
1
cup
Wheat flour
½
tsp
Ajwain /omam
½
tsp
Jeera
½
tsp
pepper powder
Salt
to taste
Water
as required
Oil
as required
Instructions
In a pan, add the gram flour and roast.
Once you get a pleasant aroma, remove from pan and allow it to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, add the three flours and mix very well.
Now, add the spices and salt.
Mix well.
Now add water slowly and knead into a smooth dough.
Let this be for 20 minute.
Divide into round balls.
Roll out the discs into circular chapattis.
Heat a flat pan, and add the circular paratha on it.
Flip and cook until it is brown on both sides.
