A delicious and healthy paratha to be served with butter and curd

  1. In a pan, add the gram flour and roast.
  2. Once you get a pleasant aroma, remove from pan and allow it to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the three flours and mix very well.
  4. Now, add the spices and salt.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Now add water slowly and knead into a smooth dough.
  7. Let this be for 20 minute.
  8. Divide into round balls.
  9. Roll out the discs into circular chapattis.
  10. Heat a flat pan, and add the circular paratha on it.
  11. Flip and cook until it is brown on both sides.
