It’s All Fish
Delicious beer battered fish.
Ingredients

quarts
vegetable oil
8
fillets cod
salt and pepper to taste
1
cup
all purpose flour
2
tbsp
garlic powder
2
tbsp
paprika
2
tsp
Salt
2
tsp
ground black pepper
1
egg
beaten
12
ounces
Beer
Instructions
Heat the oil to 365 degrees.
Toss the fish in salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper together.
Crack the egg into this mixture and whisk.
Stir in the beer until a smooth batter is formed.
Dip the fillets into the batter.
Immediately, dip the fish into the oil.
Deep fry until golden brown and drain the fillets on a paper towel.
