COLD ROAST BEEF ON DRIPPING TOAST
One of those treats for the day after, having saved the dripping from the previous day’s roast.
Instructions
  1. Spread dripping onto a slice of white toast and put under the grill for a moment to make sure it melts completely. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and pop a thin slice of yesterday’s cold beef on top. Open a jar of pickled walnuts. A glass of something Burgundian. Life is good!
