Beer Batter Fish Fingers Recipe

lime juice

Beer
1/2
cup of
flour

cup of
Cornflour

tbsp of
white pepper

eggs
Instructions
To the bowl, add the ingredients and the flours, and mix it well.
To another bowl, add the eggs and beer, and beat it well.
Dip the fish fingers in the above bowl for half an hour.
Heat oil and dip fish fingers into the batter then drop one at a time into hot oil, turning once until both sides are golden brown.
Serve it hot.
