Ingredients

4tablespoon Buttermilk
1teaspoon Salt
2pieces Boneless Chicken

For Batter

1/2teaspoon Salt
1/2teaspoon baking powder
5tablespoon Beer
3tablespoon corn flour
1tablespoon Refined Flour

For Tartar Sauce

1teaspoon Gherkins
1teaspoon Green Olives
1/2teaspoon Parsleyto garnish
1teaspoon Shallots
4tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

Clean the chicken, cut it into strips and marinate in buttermilk and salt for about an hour.
Mix all the sauce’s ingredients to make the tartar sauce. Keep it aside.
Mix all the batter ingredients and keep it ready. Please make sure the batter is not too runny.
Dip the chicken in the batter and fry till golden brown. Serve hot with tartar sauce.
