Beetroot Kheer Recipe is made during fasting. Paste of beetroot cooked in milk and garnished with cashew nuts, almond and raisins. Makes Beetroot Kheer.

  1. Heat ghee in a pan then roast cashew nuts, pistachios and almonds then chop & keep it aside.
  2. Then fry roasted vermicelli & keep it aside.
  3. In the same pan add 2 tbsp of ghee then add beetroot sauté for 3 min then add milk, & let it boil & thickens.
  4. Then add sugar mix well.
  5. Add sweet condensed milk, ghee roasted cashew nut, pistachios and almonds slices.
  6. Finally add cardamom powder & cut off heat.
  7. Serve hot or chilled.
