Ingredients

Sweet condensed milk

Roasted vermicelli
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan then roast cashew nuts, pistachios and almonds then chop & keep it aside.
Then fry roasted vermicelli & keep it aside.
In the same pan add 2 tbsp of ghee then add beetroot sauté for 3 min then add milk, & let it boil & thickens.
Then add sugar mix well.
Add sweet condensed milk, ghee roasted cashew nut, pistachios and almonds slices.
Finally add cardamom powder & cut off heat.
Serve hot or chilled.
