For The Garnish

Instructions
Put the green peas in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring once in between after 1½ minutes. Keep aside.
Put the ghee in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Add the cooked green peas and bayleaf, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once in between after 1 minute.
Add the prepared paste and 1½ cups of water, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once in between after 1 minute.
Add the milk and salt and blend well using a hand blender.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
