A healthier ladoo
Besan ladoos, made of gram flour are a dessert favourite!
Ingredients

cups
Besan
2/3
cup
ghee
1
cup
powdered sugar
4
cardamoms
powdered
2
tbsp
Golden Raisins
Instructions
Roast the besan in a pan on a low flame for ten minutes.
Melt the ghee, and add it to the roasting besan after ten minutes.
Stir the ghee in the besan for five minutes.
Once the besan starts smelling slightly nutty, take the pan of the stove.
Stir in the powdered sugar into the besan.
Then, add the cardamoms and raisins.
Stir well.
After the mixture cools, shape it into medium balls.
Your ladoos are ready!
