Bhavnagri marcha are spicy but not very very spicy. Each chillies are cut into small roundels and blend well with black salt to give nice tangy taste.

Asafoetida

aturmeric powder

Black salt
sanchal
salt to taste

coriander seeds powder

Instructions
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add asafoetida,bhavanagari chillies,turmeric powder,black salt and salt and mix well.
Cook on a slow flame for 1-2 minutes, while stirring once in between.
Add coriander seeds powder and mix well and cook on a slow flame for another minute.
Serve hot.
