Ingredients

cup
butter milk
2/3
cup
plain yogurt
1 1/4
cup
frozen blueberries.
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender, with butter milk at the base.
Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
Remove and pour into a tall glass.
Serve cold!

Optional:
Garnish with maple syrup and chopped blueberries.
