Shaking To The Blues
A berry-licious protein shake with a dash of vanilla!
Ingredients

cup
Milk
1
tbsp
Protein Powder
preferably Vanilla flavour
1/2
cup
Blueberries
frozen
1/2
banana
1
tbsp
vanilla essence
Instructions
Put the milk, protein powder and vanilla essence and blend until smooth.
Add the banana and blueberries and blend again till there are no visible fruit chunks.
Serve.

Serving Tip: Top off the shake with a few fresh blueberries.
