A North Indian Raita Favourite!
Have this delicious boondi raita with a bowl of biryani for a perfect meal!
Ingredients

½plain
salted boondi
1
cup
curd
tsp
¼ to ½chaat masala
tsp
½Fennel powder
tsp
½Roasted Cumin Powder
tsp
¼red chili powder
tsp
¼black pepper powder
3
tsp
coriander leaves
chopped
leaves
Corianderfor garnish
tsp
½rock salt
Instructions
Add the boondi to a cup of warm water and allow them to soak for ten minutes.
Drain the water from the boondi and lightly press the boondi to remove any excess water.
Whisk the yogurt in a bowl using a hand held whisk.
Put the boondi into the yogurt and mix.
Add all the other ingredients, aside from the coriander leaves for garnish.
Whisk the raita well.
Pour the boondi raita into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve this raita with biryani or rotis.
