Mutton Boti Curry is famous in all over TamilNadu. Boti is a healthy and tasty part of mutton with an easy and simple steps to get it spicy and delicious boti curry!
In a pressure cooker add mutton boti, small onion paste, ginger garlic paste, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, and 4 cup of water and allow for 5 to 6 whistles
Chop the onion, tomato, green chili
Remove and filter the boti from pressure cooker
Heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard and curry leaves and saute the onion and green chili
Add tomato and mix well
Add pepper, mutton masala, garam masala and salt and mix well
Then, add cooked boti and mix well
Allow to cook for 10-15 mins in medium flame until it miss well
