Ingredients

maggi masala or maggi oats masala
salt to taste

red chlli powder

garam masala

turmeric

Instructions
Bring the required amount of water to cook maggi to a low boil.
Add the salt, turmeric, garam masala and red chilli powder along with the tastemaker and mix it in.
Let the water come to a full boil and cook the maggi keeping the water level as you desire.
Once cooked, put the maggi in a serving bowl and heat oil in a pan.
Half fry the egg, sunny side up and sprinkle some salt and pepper on it once done.
Carefully shift the cooked egg on top on the noodles, trying not to break the yolk.
Serve the maggi piping hot.
