Croissants for Breakfast
Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 180 C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and slice it into half and then into four rectangles.
  4. Cut the rectangles diagonally to make sixteen triangles.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of chocolate chips into the center of each triangle. .
  6. Roll each triangle up, shaping them into the crescent shape, sealing the pastry with your fingers.
  7. Combine the milk and egg and brush each croissant with this mixture.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Take out of the oven and serve while still warm.
