The Cauliflower-Broccoli Party
A quick white sauce pasta that’s an instant hit with everyone. Even the kids won;t pick out the broccoli.
Ingredients

¼grated Parmesan cheese

broccoli florets
chopped to bite sized pieces

ounces
cauliflower florets
chopped to bite sized pieces

butter
1
large onion
chopped

tablespoons
flour

teaspoon
Garlic Salt
teaspoon
¼pepper

¼Milk
4
ounces
cream cheese
cubed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter and the Italian seasoning in small bowl. Set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add in the onions and saute till the onions are golden.
Add in the two tablespoons of flour slowly, stirring. Let it bubble for a minute with you stirring it.
Pour the milk, still stirring constantly.
Add the garlic salt, seasoning and pepper.
Slowly add the broccoli and cauliflower and cook for a further three minutes.
Remove from heat and add the cream cheese cubes and Parmesan.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake until top is golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
