Set the oven pre-heated to 190 degree Celsius. Keep a baking dish greased and ready.
In a large bowl, beat together butter, cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk in the corn bread mix into the mixture in the bowl. Add the broccoli, onion and cheddar and fold them in.
