Milk
Instructions
Put all the ingredients except milk along with two cups of water in a boiling pan.
Let the mixture come to a boil and simmer for two minutes.
Now add milk and give it a rolling boil.
Bring the flame to low and let the tea simmer for five minutes.
Strain and serve hot.
