Bulgur Glory
Flavourful Bulgur Pilaf that simply lends itself to the perfect dinner main.
Instructions
  1. Wash bulgur with hot water and drain.
  2. Melt butter in a pan.
  3. Add olive oil to the melted butter.
  4. Saute chopped onion until golden.
  5. Add bulgur and saute it stirring for about 5 minutes.
  6. Toss in broccoli florets.
  7. Pour hot water and stock.
  8. Add salt and other spices and stir.
  9. Bring it to boil, cover the pan and bring it to the lowest heat.
  10. Cook on low until it absorbs all water.
  11. When it is done and let it rest for about 15 minutes, garnish with chopped cilantro, before serving.
