Bulgur face
An easy and fresh salad that goes with the vinaigrette like a song.

Ingredients
For the Salad

bulgur

Water

torn kale

apple
chopped
cup
½chopped pecans
cup
¼dried cranberries
cup
¼crumbled goat cheese
For the vinaigrette
Juice of 1 orange

Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Tablespoons olive oil
1
teaspoon
honey
1
teaspoon
dry ginger powder
teaspoon
½salt
cup
¼chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Add the bulgur to a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and allow the mixture to simmer for 12-15 minutes or until bulgur is tender.
Drain off any excess liquid.
Rinse with cold water.
Place the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar with a tight lid and shake up until fully combined.
Toss the bulgur with the kale, apples, pecans, cranberries and goat cheese.
Pour the vinaigrette over salad and stir to combine.
Chill and serve.
