Ingredients
150

Noodles
Half an onion
thinly sliced
1/2

cabbage
thinly sliced

tbsp
coriander leaved
finely chopped

onion
for frying, thinly sliced
½ + ½
tsp
red chili powder

roasted bengal flour
besan
pinch
Orange Food Color

salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry the sliced onions until golden brown. Keep aside.
Add ½ tsp of chili powder to the deep fried oil and keep it aside.
Bring water to boil. Add a teaspoon of salt, orange food color and the uncooked noodles.
Once soft, drain excess water and keep aside.
Mix the cooked noodles, cabbage, onions, coriander leaves and fried onions together.
Finally add the roasted Bengal gram flour, chili powder, salt, deep fried oil, lime juice and mix well.
Serve.
