chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate

unsalted butter

granulated sugar

Instructions
Keep the oven on preheat at 325 degrees Fahrenheit as you make the cookie dough.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt till combined.
Now using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate and let it cool down a little.
Pour the molten chocolate in a mixing bowl along with sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat the mixture using an electric mixer till combined.
Now using the mixer on a low speed incorporate the flour mixture little by little.
Once combined, fold in the chocolate chunks using a spatula.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put thick dollops of the cookie dough on it.
Bake for 12 minutes or till the cookies are done.
Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before eating.
