Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
4
tbsp
butter
2
cups
heavy cream
1/4
cup
sugar
4
egg yolks
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Begin by melting the chocolate using the double boiler method.
Let it cool for some time and meanwhile whip the cream in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer.
Slowly mix in the sugar and then whip on high so that you get a fluffy mixture.
Lastly, whip the eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl and then pour in the melted chocolate.
Fold in 3/4th of the cream keeping the rest in the refrigerator for later use.
Put the mousse into serving bowls and let it chill for an hour.
Serve the mousse with whipped cream on top.
