  1. In a big bowl, add raising and soak in water for an hour.
  2. During this time, peel and cut carrots.
  3. In a pressure cooker or in a container steam the carrots.
  4. Once steamed, keep aside and let it cool.
  5. Blend the carrots, raisins, and oats by adding milk little at a time, to a smooth paste.
  6. Sweeten with honey or sugar according to your taste.
