Ingredients

curd
dahi

carrot
grated

Green chilies
chopped

tbsp
coriander leaves
chopped
salt to taste
For Temperimg

½mustard seeds
tsp
½cumin seeds

Curry Leaves

½Urad Dal

dry red chili

Instructions
Take curd in a bowl and whip well.
Add the grated carrot, chili, coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
Heat ghee in a tempering pan and add the tempering ingredients. Heat till the mustard seeds and cumin crackle.
Pour the tempering over the raita.
Serve.
Recipe Notes
Add half a teaspoon of red chili powder for a spicier raita.
