Potato A La Caviar
A festive cocktail snack.
Ingredients

¼crème fraîche or sour cream
teaspoon
¾finely grated lemon zest
4
ounces
Salmon roe or other caviar
Potato chips
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together crème fraîche and zest. Top each potato chip with a small dollop of crème fraîche and a spoonful of caviar.
